The Volkel DS Hex Taps are ideal for working in tight awkward places, where a normal tap wrench would not be suitable. The DS hex tap can be driven with a spanner on the outside hexagon or an allen key or ratchet wrench on the inside hexagon. The DS Hex Tap includes a rougher and a finisher combined in 1 tool (pilot on the rougher for exact alignment). The Volkel DS Hex Taps can be used for making new threads or for cleaning and repairing damaged threads.
